ESXi 7.0 patching

Hi
I have ESXi 7.0 U2 installed and I noticed an update was released fixing some critical security bugs.
https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/rn/vsphere-esxi-70u2c-release-notes.html
My question is how do I know which image to chosen when patching?
Image Profile Name
ESXi-7.0U2c-18426014-standard
ESXi-7.0U2c-18426014-no-tools
ESXi-7.0U2sc-18295176-standard
ESXi-7.0U2sc-18295176-no-tools

Thanks

Most likely the "ESXi-7.0U2c-18426014-standard" because the "s" one only contains security related upgrades and the "no-tool" is for these user which boot over the LAN or have the tools on a central place.
