ESXi 7.0 Compatibility with 2 Xeon E5420 Processors ?

hello,

i try to install the ESXi 7.0 a HP Server with 2 Xeon E5420 2,5 Ghz Processors.

But the system shows me VMB:611 Failure

Give it a Version how support a 2 Processor System ?
