ESXi 6 and vm power priority

In ESXi 6 cluster I created and configured 3 resource pools because there are over-commitment problems.

Now I need to set VM power priority: if ESXi host was damaged vSphere HA will start every vm on the others hosts, always if resources were available.

I want to configure what VM have priority to start.

You can configure restart priorities in the VM Overrides section to customize how this behaves on a per-VM basis.
