ESXi 6.7 and Emulex LPe11000 (possibly other Emulex cards that aren't working oob)

ESXi5.5  can  use.  This  is the  IPFC  driver on   ESXi5.5 .    自带的

According to the VMware Compatibility guide this is only supported on 5.5
