Good evening,
I have a newbie question with regards to ESXi as I haven't worked much with it before & need some advice in terms of the networking element of it.
So, I have some IPS neworking software I have installed on ESXi v6.7 on a host which has 2 physical network adaptors & it's sitting in bridge mode between my Draytek router & network. So 1 physical NIC is connected to the router & the other is connected to the LAN but my software isn't seeing any external traffic. My question is how do I assign a physical NIC as a WAN port which is the one connected to the router?
I assume I have to do something with virtual switches??
