ESXi 6.5 GPU Passthrough

Hi All,

Just want to clarify one thing with the GPU pass through -

Do you need two distinct graphics outputs i.e. one on the motherboard (for ESXi console) and a GPU (for passthrough)?

Struggling to get a a motherboard with a NO graphics output to passthrough an Nivida GPU, googling *seems* to indicate I need the above, but any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

For sure you need 2 or more GPU cards.

Those who tried it with only one lost the ability of the ESXi console.
