ESXi 6.0 install hangs on nfsclient loaded successfully

I'm doing a fresh ESXi install on a single HP Proliant DL380 G7 server, using the HP Custom ESXi image. It's a VERY small installation, there's no storage, no SAN switches, no HBAs or anything like that, just one server and at the moment not connected to anything. All four NICs are not connected. The installations hangs on "nfsclient loaded successfully". I've waited for at least 30 minutes.

Installation is done via iLO remote console, from virtual media (ISO file). Any ideas?

Well... once you ask for help you will solve it yourself. The issue was in the local disk array. A logical drive was created, but no boot volume was selected. Solution: Press F8 to configure the SmartArray controller, select "Select Boot Volume" and the directly attached storage.
