ESXi 6.0 PSOD "NOT_IMPLEMENTED bora/vmkernel/core/bootModule.c:112"

After a power failure an ESXi 6.0 host restarts with a PSOD as in the attached screenshot.

I read:

VMware ESXi 6.0.0 [Releasebuild-2494585 x86_64]

NOT_IMPLEMENTED bora/vmkernel/core/bootModule.c:112

cr0=0X8001003d cr2=0x0 cr3=0x100004000 cr4=0x216c

PCPU  0:32768/bootstrap

PCPU  0: SSHSSHSSSSHSISSSSSSHSSSSSHSHSHSISSH

...

How can I troubleshoot and solve this issue?

Regards

Marius

Although this isn't happening on installation, it could be that the installation media was corrupt, see here: https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=20638...

Can you let us know the hardware vendor and model so we can check compatibility on the VMware HCL VMware Compatibility Guide - System Search

This clearly states issue with corrupted media/ISO. Download a new copy of the ESXi installation ISO from the VMware Downloads site and try install again.
