I have Target machine that i want to debug from host on ESXi 6. They both have PCI 1394 cards. Card in ESXi I have passthrough to windows 8.1 virtual machine and using windbg I want to debug Target machine.
But I got problem when I chose Kernel debug and 1394 windbg can't connect.
Using 1394 for debugging
Checking 1394 debug driver version.
Opened \\.\DBG1394_INSTANCE01
Timer Resolution set to 1000 usec.
Waiting to reconnect...
I check with using other machine that communication and settings on Target are fine. Should I have some specific drivers for ESXi or debugging from VM is not possible.

I am ot sure why there is 1934 Debuger device and 1394 OHCI host controller. Win8.1 is fresh installation.
