ESXi 5.x Login banner

Hallo there,

Is the logon banner for ESXi 5.x similar to ESXi 4.x, (http://www.virtuallyghetto.com/2011/03/how-to-enable-ssh-security-banner-on.html)

We are sonn migrating to 5 but need to know if the banner will still work there, or I need to do some changes

With ESXi 5 you can edit the file /etc/issue to add your banner text.  By default the file /etc/ssh/sshd_config point to that file for the banner text.  No service restart is required.
