Hi lvln
You can access the DCUI console of the host using an SSH session then change the host management IP/SubnetMask/Gateway, then restart management services to take effect.
1. Access DCUI via SSH session:
2. Change IP, subnet mask or gateway through DCUI:

Hi lvln
The best way is to use out-of-band management tools.
For example, if the server is HPE-branded, you can use ilo (integrated lights-out) to connect to the server even if it is offline. It is simply a network port on the server which you connect to your network switch for management purposes.
It allows you to check server health, remote console, power on/off, ...
This depends on the hardware vendor. for example IBM servers uses IMM port.
Glad to be of service,
Thank you for your answer, but this is the aim of my question. I've no external solution for this : no kvm, ilo, ipmi, ... or whatever
And I am lookin to the excli way or vsphere
