ESXi 5 HP Custom Image Serialnumber

Hello @all

I accidentally overwrote the serialnumber of my hp custom iso ESXi with a paid license from another server. So i want to go back to the free HP serilnumber for this host. Where can i find the serialnumber again for the free HP ISO? Do i have to re-install the whole server to get the original hp serial key?

Welcome to the Community,

HP doesn't provide their own license keys for ESXi, so you can use the key for the free Hypervisor.
