ESXi 5 - Adding Usb and Local Printer

Hi All .

I have installed an esxi 5 server with 7 xp-pro VM's.

The VM's have been added to the local SBS2011 domain that is based on a second onsite server. 

Users will be attaching to the VM's from around the country to work on Sage etc.

They will logon using RDP to the VM's. 

What I cannot get working is the following -

1.  Local PC - usb sticks made available to the VM when in RDP session .  (Note - I have added USB Controller to the Guest XP machines)

2.  Local PC - Installation of local USB Printers to the VM's

Hope this is straight forward enough - but can give more details if needed.

you need to assign rights and device to be use for RDP session , along with that if remote user using windows then ask to do setting in their local laptop before connecting through rdp so that they can connect local resourse.
