ESXi 5.5 problem by Intel E5620

we had ESXi 5.0 on intel server by CPU E5620 and every thing was ok. until we've decided to install ESXi 5.5 on this server.

after installing, the system has been restart randomly.

whenever ESXi 5.0 is install, every thing work good but when install ESXi 5.5 on this server, again be restart.

we update BIOS and check RAID activation and enable ACPI option in BIOS and use of internal Or external storage and install 5.5 U2 and etc...

but the server will be restart many times after installation.

?????

agha davood ino ammeye manam balade.

CPU Intel E5620 has been just problem by ESXi 5.5

does anybody install esxi 5.5 on a cpu e5620 ?
