ESXi 5.1U2 datastore is shown as unavailable in the Storage view,The problem often appear

I use is HP BL 660c G8 Blade Server, through the HP VC FlexFabric 10 gb / 24 - Port Module, adopt the way of FCOE connection of HDS HUS 150 storage. All the datastorage  Path Selection Fixed (VMware).

Now,datastore is shown as unavailable in the Storage view, All paths to the device are marked as Dead.The problem often appear, it is necessary to restart ESXi host to solve it. Attachment is logs

I am using is installation media： VMware-ESXi-5.1.0-Update2-1483097-HP-5.66.28-Jun2014

I reviewed the logs and some symptoms are:

performance has deteriorated. I/O latency increased 

Skipping device naa.6006xxxx either due to VSI read error or abnormal state

"naa.600508b1001c028b074d3f4a7ea90743" failed H:0x0 D:0x2 P:0x0 Valid sense data: 0x5 0x20 0x0

Sense codes are:

SG_ERR_DID_ABORT   [0x05]    Told to abort for some other reason.

SG_ERR_DID_BUS_BUSY [0x02]    BUS stayed busy through time out period

Your Storage seems to be highly utilized and lot of errors related to I/O Latency

You can capture the ESXTOP output and see the DAVG & KAVG values.

"naa.600508b1001c028b074d3f4a7ea90743"  is  Hp BladeServer local Disk. The local datastore Don't use 。So, this problem can't be a local disk performance . in the attachment, there is the following error message
