Is there going to be an ESXi 5.1 Update 3 bootable ISO released? Right now the current download shown on the website is ESXi 5.1 Update 2.
Looks ok for me: https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/details?productId=285&downloadGroup=VCL-VSP510-ESXI-51U3

Any idea why these updates aren't included on the VSphere Hypervisor downloads page? That's the one that only lists Update 2. Is there a reason why I shouldn't update my Hypervisor installations to Update 3?
Unfortunately, I can't post a link, but if you Google "VMware Hypervisor download" and take the first hit, it brings you to the page that is missing Update 3.
Yes, the vSphere Hypervisor product only has U2 available for 5.1;

Considering the ESXi U3 ISO was only released 9 days ago, this one may follow suite ... I guess this needs to be confirmed from within VMware.
Perhaps LinjoLinjo will pick this up
Any reason why I shouldn't use the download links about to patch my Hypervisor installations?
This seemed to work with no issues.
