ESXi 4 re-install w/o losing data on separate, local datastores

I have an ESXi 4 installation at home with 3 SATA discs installed with 3 datastores.

Datastore 1 is empty and is on the disc used for the ESXi installation (I intend to format this disc and re-install ESXi)

My question is now: would I be able to "import" the two other datastores on the new installation without losing my data? My VMs are located on the two other datastores and all of my data is also located there...

ESX will see it, and ask if you want to maintain them or format.
