ESXi 4.1 vSwitch configuration

What are people using for ESXi 4.1 configuration?

For example with ESX 3.5, I had 1 IP for COS (routable) and a 2nd IP for VMotion interface (no gateway defined).

Should I just use 1 routable IP for VMkernel and mark it as VMotion and Management Traffic for ESXi 4.1?

yes, in ESXi, VMkernel networking interface is being used for both host connectivity as well as for VMKernel communications (VMotion, NFS, etc).
