ESXi 4.1 error with HA Fail

Hallo;

recently I have convert two of my HP servers from ESx4.1 to ESXi 4.1, from

my VCenter i create new Cluster specific

for the ESxi hosts with HA \DRS

Enabled

I configure the license , the Networking and the shared storage

but i face a problem when i try to add the host into the Cluster the

HA configuration Fail with the following massage appered on the task pane

" Cannot complete the Configuration of the HA agent on the host. Other

HA configuration error "

also the same massage appeared on the esxi summary tab .... This happened on

both serves

i try to reconfigure the VMware HA and to remove the host from the cluster

and reconnect again but unfortulny nothing changes

any advise as iam new with ESXi

are you using DNS for name resolution? I would ensure proper name resolution is setup in your environment both from the vCenter to all the hosts, hosts to hosts and hosts to vCenter.

yes i do , and i can ping all the hosts from each other also i add all the hosts names in the /etc/hosts file

But the same issue , any advise
