ESXi 4.1 and HP NC354T

hey - in need of some help. Looking for a reason why I can connect to a LeftHand P4300 via the software initiator but not via the NC364T installed in a DL385 G7 --- The storage is not seen on the hardware HBA - once I go back to the software initiator I am able to see the storage. I am able to see the nic and bind them via esxcli command - but still nothing shows up when I switch to the NC364T. Any thought?

The answer I got back from VMware - use Software initiator with Jumbo Frames and you will get better results than using the Broadcom card.  Never stated why it was not working just that the results will not be as good if I try using the Broadcom... so I am using the software initiator....
