ESXi 4.1 Update 3 Purple Screen PF 14

I keep getting purple screens on my ESXi 4.1 Update 3 host.  Sometimes I get it a day after a reboot, sometimes a few days.  Attached are the screnshots.

My hardware:

Dell R715 AMD Opteron(TM) Processor 6274                  [CORES/CU=2]

128GB memory

Things I have tried:

Updating all firmware and bios.

Ran a full system hardware check with Dell tech support and hardware is good.  I also ran individual tests on CPU, memory, motherboard, drive controllers and the results were good as well.

I reinstalled ESXi but still got the same crash (purple screen 4)

Any advice?  Thanks.

Try installing all the available patches for U3 and then check of the issue reoccurs

I read on google that everyone is suggesting patch installation .... keep us posted on hos it goes

Hi lvaibhavt,

Thanks.  I just updated 4 patches for the ESXi host.  We'll see how it goes.  I'll report back hopefully with good news in two weeks.

Wilson,

Thanks for the lead.  That post is very similar to mine indeed.   I'll be monitoring both threads now.  I'll update everyone once I find a fix.

Thanks.

Update,

I downgraded my bios to 2.9.0 and so far so good, no more PSOD.  Dell just recently released BIOS 3.5.0 that is supposed to fix the PSOD.  I'm going to stick with 2.9.0 for now.  Thanks for all the leads everyone.
