Since upgrading from 4.0 Update to 4.1 Update we have been having issues with our hosts with the Emulex PLe11000 FC HBA.

This has affected multiple hosts are different times over the last week, we have had to roll back to 4.0 Update 1 and we also raised a VMware Support ticket.
Has anyone had any similar issues or can help point us in the right direction as to what the problem is?
