ESXi 4.0 Win7 VM trying to set up XP Mode shuts down VM

Hi,

Have an ESXi 4.0 server with a Window 7 Ultimate VM setup.  Whenever we attempt to run XP Mode, the VM goes through the initial setup, and then the VM shuts down.

Looking at the VM logs shows the following:

Message from localhost.caci.com: *** VMware ESX internal monitor error ***
vcpu-0:NOT_IMPLEMENTED vmcore/vmm/cpu/priv.c:1065

If I to report the problem either by the url given above, or via the Help > VMware on the Web > Request Support link, it sends me to a page that requires me to accept a certificate, then tells me I don't have access.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
