ESXI warning - Lost access to volume due to connectivity issues. Recovery attempt is in progress and

Hi team ,

 

getting below warning - 

 
Lost access to volume 61cab39e-ceae2e04-4604-6805ca9af1a0 (9eb3ca61-00c7-85be-7280-6805ca9af1a0) due to connectivity issues. Recovery attempt is in progress and outcome will be reported shortly.
 
 
Successfully restored access to volume 61cab39e-ceae2e04-4604-6805ca9af1a0 (9eb3ca61-00c7-85be-7280-6805ca9af1a0) following connectivity issues.
 
 
Could please help me to resolve the above issue  ?

The connection to the mentioned device is unstable / unreliable.
There is a wide range range for reasons for this behaviour:
- bad driver / firmware
- overheating hardware
- bad blocks
- esxi to busy
- ....

Read complete vmkernel.log files and try to figutr out what exactly is the issue ...
