ESXI 7 Not auto selecting NIC on restart

Whenever I reboot ESXi, I have to manually reassign the adapter. I'm using a static IP and everything works fine as soon as I 'select' the adapter but is there a way to not have to do this every time I restart? Picture attached.

Let us know more about your hardware.

Please let us know that which hardware is using and which version of FW is installed on that?

From what I have seen on your picture it looks like you are using a USB Ethernet adapter, maybe because the Ethernet port on your computer is not recognized by the EXSi, I have the same issue. What I can suggest is trying to setup your USB to stay on when the computer is off, you can configure it with power management in the BIOS. I tried it but my USB still shuts down when I shut down the computer, so that didn't work for me. What I am trying now is buying a docking station that has an Ethernet port and configured the EXSi IP management on it. I will let you know if this works.
