ESXI 6, Two Physical NICs, can they be bridged

I have a ESXi machine with two NICs.  NIC1 is connected to the network and works fine.  But I want to connect NIC2 to a NAS for traffic management.  I have both Physical Adapters (vmnic0 and vmnic1) attached to vSwitch0, but I don't know how to set them as a bridge.  I believe they are set to the default "NIC Teaming".

Simple network diagram (DHCP server on network, everything is on flat 192.168.1.0 network):

You can see both NIC in vSwitch0.  Should the NICs be in separate vSwitches, and then the vSwitches connected somehow?

I had this machine setup as a RHEL Linux KVM before I tried ESXi, and the networking worked fine.  I created a bridge br0, and then assigned eth0, eth1 and all the NICs for the VMs to the br0 and it worked fine.  The VMware terminology is a little different, and I'm struggling.

Thanks All.
