ESXI 6.0 self-signed certificate renew

Hi, dears,

We renewed ESXI self-signed certificate however it gave only 35 days but default certificate was 5 years. Every time, certificate was valid 5 years. We tried renew machine certificate of vcenter and restarted but it didn't help. How can I extend certificate?
