ESXI 6.0 purple screen

My ESXI 6.0 server have purple screen once every 2-3 weeks. Anyone can guide me to view this error screen?

I just got another PSOD but the backtrace is completely different as last time

First thing is bring your host up to the latest patch rev on 6.0 (build 6765062).
