ESXI 5 ,Windows 2008 R2 freezes (ASUS p67 + i7 2600k)

Hi,
I'm new Esxi user, i have problem, I hope you will help me figure out what's wrong.
I built new machine :
Asus Sabertooth p67
i7 2600k
ADAPTEC Raid 6405 ( raid 5, 4 hdd SATA)
Micronet LAN (SP 2612E) (onboard lan is not supported)
OCZ Vertex  ( for ESIX)
PSU 650 W
Additiona Radeon GPU
Everything is installed properly, i installed additonal driver for raid.
I configured VM machine with installed windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 + VMtools
But unfortunetly i get unpredictable freezes, virtual machint becomes total innactive for any command, cant be power off  / restarted from vSphere level.
After 2 days of testing i noticed that after instaling any patch for W2008 probability to get freeze is much higher... but this maybe coincidence.
Tried install ESXI 4.1 but got error during installation : fail load vmsf 3  module.
I haven't used ESXI before and don't know what else I can do to diagnose the problem and I don't have  much time.
One last question from last test - Is it normal that when i  am connecting through remote desktop i can work normal but connecting via vSphere cursor moves very slow?
