ESXI 5.5 Crashes randomly

I'm running vSphere Client 5.5 build 1281650 and ESXi 5.5 build 1331820

the first time my ESXi host crashed was when I started my "User Profile Synchronization Service" in SharePoint 2013

which I've found out later that I needed to give that vm more ram. I gave that VM more ram, then I started to have these crashes randomly
