Spent the last several days trying to get DirectPath working for GPU and USB on versions 5.0, 5.1 and now 5.5, each seem to have their own problems, none seems to work completely !
On version 5.1, I selected devices to passthrough, rebooted as required, and the selected devices do not appear, can do this over and over, they are never enabled after the initial reboot.
Now, on version 5.5, it is the total opposite - you get one-shot at selecting your passthrough devices, after that you cannot remove them or add new ones, your initial choices are fixed and cannot be changed, at least in the latest install I have.
Even adding a new card, configuring it to be a passthrough, and rebooting, the device will not be enabled, and the list of available devices will be exactly as first selected !
