Hello,
I have an german version of ESXI 4.1.
I have permenent messages in VSphere Client (screenshot):
Per UUID nach Instanz suchen Abgeschlossen root
Per IP nach Instanz suchen Abgeschlossen root
in english this should be: searchin via UUID/IP for instance
I have configured NFS-Storage, the remote NAS was removed physically but still exists in esxi.
It might be the reason for this messages.
Does anyone has an solution?
Welcome to the Community,
take a look at http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1005057 for how to unmount NFS datastores to see whether this solves your issue.

Hello and thank you for the fast posting.
I have now unmounted the NFS via CLI, but the messages still exist.
C:\Programme\VMware\VMware vSphere CLI\bin>esxcfg-nas.pl -l -server 192.168.2.35
Enter username:
Enter password:
No NAS datastore found
Do you have some other solution?
Thanks,
Eddie
I have found out, this messages appear after I have set up SNMP.
This messages appear after setting up SNMP on ESXI
Hello,
i saw the same messages on a new installed ESXi 4.1. It seems the these messages also appear when the server and its virtual machines get monitored by an external monitoring software via SOAP. I my case it was the PRTG network monitor that had a permanent look at the ESXi Server. After disabling the sensors the messages disappeared.
Kind regards,
Daniel
