ESX6 Get-VMConfigChanges command where are you?

Where has the Get-VMConfigChanges command gone? cant find a new command using esxcli ...... anyone using this or can help?

Connect-VIServer -Server $vcserver -User $vcusername -Password $vcpassword

$vm = Get-VM "Test-VM"

Get-VMConfigChanges -vm $vm -hours 12
