ESX400-200912401-BG included in ESX 4.0 update 2?

I couldn't find any information about this so is ESX400-200912401-BG included in ESX 4.0 update 2?

Judging by the date it should be, but I didn't find any evidence about it.

I've found this particular patch in ESX400-200912001 package Update1a,  Build Number:                               219382, Update 2 has a build number 261974 - if you would apply U2 to your ESX server then bug from ESX400-200912401-BG will be fixed anyway

Why you're not going directly to U3 ?

Ok, so this is included in U2.

I've got some performance problems with backups and I have U2 installed. While investigating the causes for my problems I saw that this update solves similar problems for some people (Improves the performance of backup applications such as VMware Consolidated Backup (VCB) on ESX 4.0.).  http://www.veeam.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1211&start=105#p17415

Apparenty I have some other problems so thanks for now. I'll try to upgrade to U3 anyway, maybe it will help.
