ESX installation

If the ESX boxes are in remote location., say U.K ., and I want to install the ESX from here in India., how do we perform that right from start?

You need to have a MPLs or VPN connection to datacenter or remote site location.

with servers configured with ILO  in HP, DRAC in dell, RSA in IBM for remote console connection.

You can do it over drac/ilo/kvm by loading local media from your laptop/desktop. But this will take a long time as you are going half way around the world. I recomend setting up a local NAS share in that location with all isos so you can mount it locally.
