ESX and sudo

So I have configured ESX 4.1, joined the domain and configured sudoers so that domain users can run any command without a password.

My hope was that, in not requiring users to enter a password, I would not have to reveal the root password for ESX, and users would not be able to become root.

Problem is, all users need to do then is type 'sudo su' to become root, because there is no password required.

How do I enforce the use of 'sudo' and prevent the use of 'su'?
