ESX 4 on GA-P55-UD6 Gigabyte Motherboard

I'm using this board on my home lab server. Managed to get ESX 4 installed on single hard drive.

Now I'm trying to put 2 drives in Raid 1, but missing drivers.

Have anyone had a chance to install ESX on that board. I know that it's not the best hardware to practice with due to compatibility issues, but this is what I currently have in my disposal and would really like to get it working in Mirrored mode for Hard drives.

P.S. I only tried GSATA ports. Not sure if that makes a difference if I use regular SATA ports.

Did you ever get this work?

I have the same board and cant get ESXi 4.1 to see anything in the SATA3 ports.

Everything works fine in the normal SATA ports though.

Nope.

I plan to try ESXi 4.1 in near future on it.

Will post if it will work out.
