We have 2 esx 4.1 u2 server.
Sometime server crash network connexion, only on 1 vswitch not all. When i connect to server i can ping all other computer on network, but when i try why vmkping nothing works, except 127.0.0.1
when it produce in fact i lost my nfs storage assosciated to vswitch... i have another vswicth with iscsi and it work at the same time... last time it was the iscsi link down and nfs work, same prob ping work not vmkping.
I must restart server to solve problem. Problem appear only on 1 of my esx not on the other.
my mtu is 1500 on all nic and vswitch
