ESX 4.1 Hosts loses connectivity daily

Hi

I have alerts set-up to email me from the ESX 4.1 vSphere cluster, and usually once a night I see:

Previous Status: Green

New Status: Red

Alarm Definition:

([Red state Is equal to notResponding])

Current values for metric/state:

State = Not responding

Description:

Alarm 'Host connection state' on esx1.domain changed from Green to Red

I tend to see at least one of these a night per server (I have a cluster of three)

I can't think of anything running at that time which would cause this, but so far it's been in the evening when they've gone down.

That's the only alert I get and the VMs all seem to stay on the host etc, and  it's up when I log in. I wouldn't even know there was an issue without that message.

Any ideas?
