We are planning to patch our ESX hosts from 4.0U2 -> 4.0U3.
In checking VMware's download site for possibly updated MIB files, I noticed 1.0.1 is available, but it hasn't been updated since 3/1/2010 and doesn't explicitly list ESX 4.0U3 as compatible. It does list 4.0, 4.0U1, 4.0U2, 4.1 and 4.1U1 as compatible, however:

Anyone know if these MIBs remain compatible with ESX 4.0U3? My guess is "yes" since 4.1.x is supported, but if their download page listed 4.0U3 explicitly that would instill a lot more confidence.
