Looks like a driver problem from the nic.

What is UE Detected? Whats is TPRE bit set? Whats TPE recovery?

So what should i do?

Anny suggestions?

Cheers

Michael

Check whats the nic that you have and whats the recomended driver for it.

Then you can replace it and see if the issue is fixed. (Had this issue once and fixed it this way - Then you can inject and replace the driver in the iso using autodeploy feature in vcenter)

This link will provide instructions

Thank you for your answer.

Yes, i know that this is maybe a driver problem and maybe a driver update will helpl

But i want to understand whats going on.

Best way would be change the whole NIC.

If there is a comptabile firmware upgrade if not yes a new card is needed. If you do a google search for UE Detected!! "tpre" you can see this message comes from the firmware not esxi directly.
