Dynamic Memory Configuration with SLES 11

Hi,

I am currently testing SLES 11 (64bit) based VMs on ESX 4U1. One of the features I have found out about is the dynamic memory configuration that one can initiate using the VM's settings editor.

Once the memory change is initiated and commited in the settings editor of the live SLES 11 based VM, what has to be done for that memory change to be recognized by that VM? I have succesfully installed and configured latest version of the Vmware Tools. Is there some specific SLES command that I have to execute for this memory change to be recognized or is it something else I have to do? Is SLES 11 actually capable recognizing dynamic memory change of the VM?

Thank you very much in advance,
