Dual processor licensing question

Welcome to the Community,

the Essentials Kits contain a license for one instance of vCenter Server for Essentials as well as 6 CPU licenses for up to 3 hosts with 2 CPUs each (for ESXi5 this is independent of the number of cores per CPU).

Welcome to the Community - No  you just need to purchase a single kit which will allow you to license your host along with 2 additional hosts - each having a maximum of 2 physical cpus -
