Download Client for windows ESXI 7.0

Sorry I´m a beginner on VMWare, I have install trial EXSI 7.0 on lab server.

Normally I use XCP-NG citrix xencenter. For manage I use XCP-NG xencenter windows client.

For Manage EXSI I found https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/5.5/com.vmware.vsphere.hostclient.doc/GUID-B15F4221-ABDB-4...

But I cannot see any download Inside EXSI web browser managment.

I cannot change Mac Address of one Vm?

Welcome to the Community,

there's no need for a separate client anymore. It's built in as a HTML5 web client, and you can access it through https://<IP-or-name>/ui/

for vSphere/ESXi there are two options:

  • This was designed for managing a single host
• Manage with vCenter Server through the vSphere Client >> https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.7/com.vmware.vsphere.vm_admin.doc/GUID-588861BB-3A62-4A0...
  • This seems overkill for what you are aiming to do, but it is basically a management solution for when you have multiple hosts and many VMs to manage and want to use advanced functionality,
