Doubt about sound in virtual machine with w2k3

Hello all,

I've next question about sound:

• In my lab i've one ESXi 4.1 without sound card.
• I've build a VM with Windows 2003 Server.
• When i connect to my VM vía Remote Desktop i can hear the tipical logon sound of windows acroos the speakers of my laptop. Why, if my VM hasn't sound card?
• What type of sounds  can i reproduce via  Remote Desktop if the server hasn't sound card?
  

If any one can clarify about this i'll be very grateful

The VM with W2003 used the speakers of your PC.

What type of sounds  can i reproduce via  Remote Desktop if the server hasn't sound card? Only the default sounds of Windows 2003
