Do you need a second COS connection for SW iSCSI?

Guys,

Do you still need a second cos connection for the iSCSI stack to work, if they ISCSI target is on a different network with vswif0/vSwitch0?

AFAIK COS is needed to perfrom chap auth only for iSCSI, while iSCSI itself uses VMkernal interface.

Starting ESX 4, there is no need for COS networking for iSCSI.
