Do these resource pools look correct/okay?

Just looking at our resource pools and took a couple of screenshots.  Can you please have a look and tell me what you think?

One is for low priority servers, one for 'normal' and one for mission ciritcal.

I might consider a (not 100%) CPU reservation for things you are calling mission critical.

Hi,

Mission critical memory reservation is less than low & normal. This is something strange!

See my post here (http://vmtoday.com/2012/03/vmware-vsphere-resource-pools-resource-allocation-revisited/)  for an explanation of how to best use VMware Resource Pools, common  mistakes in using Resource Pools, and how incorrectly using Resource  Pools can negatively affect performance.

Using  High-Medium-Low resource pools can really back-fire on you if you don't do some calculations first.
