Display output on ESXi host?

This may well be a daft question but just wanted to be sure. I have ESXi running a desktop PC with a bunch of VMs configured. The PC has a screen attached over VGA. This means I see the ESXi host config screen etc.

I can remote in to the VMs from my laptop etc. no problem, but I'd like to be able to use the screen. So is there any way to get it to show a VM on that screen, rather than the ESXi host / console?

The short answer is No, this isn't possible.

As stated above, this isn't possible as ESX isn't designed to be used that way. If you wanted that functionaility a better solution may be to use VMware workstation instead of ESX, if this isn't a production environment of course! Otherwise you will have to connect remotely as you are currently doing.
