Disable direct root access to ESX 4.1 (i) from remote TS mode

Thanks in advance.

        To collect the TS log some times my users need to log into esxi box using SSH. Currently they are using root credentials.

        For security reason and I need to monitor who logged in to the esxi box.In ESx we  logging with normal users and then su - to  root.

       Is there any such measures that can be used in ESX 4.1 i box.

       Please advice.
