Difference between %RDY from ESXTOP and percentage based on Ready Time counter in vCenter Client

Hi, I have difference between %RDY in ESXTOP and percentage calculation based on Ready Time counter in vCenter Client.

Calculation based on vSphere Client is 220ms / 200 = 1,1% RDY time. %RDY observed from ESXTOP is 2,2%.  Why there is one time more value in ESXTOP when you comparing to vSphere Client value?

In esxtop, is it consistently 2.2% or is it going up and down? The reason I ask is because esxtop is more real-time while vCenter is using 20 second data points. When calculating the percentage value from vCenter's ms value, you're more or less calculating the average CPU Ready over those 20 seconds - which is a possible explanation for the lower value.
